I have made a booking request online. When will someone contact me?
A member of our booking team will contact you as soon as they can on the number you have provided on the booking form to arrange booking and payment, Alternatively, please call our office on 01268 728 630.
What paperwork do I need to bring with me?
A full driving licence and National Insurance number and one of the following:
Recent Utility Bill
Recent Bank Statement
Second form of ID (ask the team)
Can I cancel my booking even after my deposit is paid?
Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the delivery time by contacting our booking team on 01268 728 630 (cancellation fees apply)
Is there a mileage limit?
Yes, 150 miles per day, excess mileage charges apply.
What should I do if I have a problem with a vehicle?
Please call the road side assistance 0800 420 420 and make our office aware of the issue on 01268 728630
Do any of our vans come fitted with a tow bar?
A selection of our vehicles do have tow bars. Please ask a member of the team for more information.
Is your day rate for 24 hours?
Yes. Collection and drop off times will be agreed when booking your vehicle.
Is there an age limit?
Yes our age limit is 21 – 75 years old
How long must I have been driving to be able to hire a vehicle?
All hirers must have held there full UK or European licence for at least one year.
Can I add additional drivers to my hire?
The initial price per vehicle covers one driver. Any additional driver may be added at £10 per driver for the total hire period.
Can I take the vehicles abroad?
All our vans are eligible for European hire. We must have at least 5 working days notice for European hires.
